Who keeps track of what the guardian is doing?

The court maintains to provision of a guardian throughout the life of the guardianship. They do this through annual accounting, which are submitted to a court examiner, who reviews the submission of the guardian, and brings any issues to the attention of the court. If a family member, or a close friend, has a concern about the guardian, that person should bring that to the attention of the court as well.
