Do I need a will?

We believe everyone needs a will as part of the four corners of their estate plan. Those four corners are: a will, a healthcare policy, a living will, and a power of attorney. The will allows parents to appoint a guardian for their children, as well as for the disposition of their assets. Some people may want a trust, but that’s something that should all be done in consultation with an attorney.
