Our representation of institutional lenders is our fastest growing practice area. Likewise, our residential and commercial real estate practice continues its rapid growth. COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE
We represent both buyers and sellers of residential real estate, condominiums, planned unit developments and cooperative apartments in addition to negotiating and drafting agreements relating to commercial real estate purchases, sales and leases.

Whether you are buying or selling a home, it is imperative that you work with a quality real estate broker. When you are buying a home, a good mortgage broker will assist in the qualification process and will be able to search for the lender that will provide you with the best mortgage interest rates. After having done hundreds of real estate closings in the last decade, we know who the good real estate brokers and mortgage brokers are and who the great ones are. As a result, we can make a referral for a real estate broker and/or mortgage broker. Our contacts will make your real estate transaction go smoother. If you are buying a residential property, you will also need to obtain homeowner’s insurance and prepay one year’s premium in advance. We will also refer you to outstanding property/casualty agents with whom we have worked in the past.
