Lenders We Represent

Our representation of institutional lenders is our fastest growing practice area. As more and more institutional lenders come to rely on us to provide accurate and fast closing services (sometimes within 24 hours), we have grown to meet those challenges and to exceed client expectations. The firm's institutional client list contains more than seventeen lenders. We provide closing services to those lenders whether the mortgage product is a first mortgage loan, an assignment, a mortgage consolidation and/or a home equity line of credit. Our use of technology enables us to draw loan documents and to receive those documents over the Internet, through e-mail and through dedicated lines. We also provide closing services through two of the largest mortgage brokers in the area: The Manhattan Mortgage Company and IPI/Skyscraper Mortgage Corporation.
